A few years ago, my husband and I were going to be in NYC for a few days, and I wanted to surprise him for his birthday with tickets to see Stephen Colbert. 

At the time, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get tickets. 

But Carlos was able to get me two, for the night I wanted.
